Purchases

By purchasing the Job Search Organizer you agree not to re-create or reproduce this product or derivative thereof for sale, distribution in any manner, or for the purpose of providing said product to your customers or clients. You further agree not to provide a re-created or reproduced Job Search Organizer to another person or party for the purposes of that person or party selling this product, selling a derivative of this product, or distributing this product in any way. However, giving the Job Search Organizer that you purchase from us as a personal gift is acceptable, if the receiver abides by these requirements. It is also acceptable if you purchase multiple Job Search Organizers from us for distribution to your customers or clients, but not for resale without permission. It is acceptable to make a copy of a part of the product, if you need more space or for replacement due to wear.

We utilize the shopping cart services of Emartcart to compile order and associated cost information. Emartcart passes order and cart information onto PayPal. PayPal requests and processes billing and shipping information. We only accept orders and ship to US customers at this time. All features of the product are written in English.

Shipping

Products will be provided to the carrier within 5 business days of ordering. You need to select the shipping time from the carrier and the associated costs during check out. If you select two-day delivery from the carrier, this means that you should receive the product within 7 business days, for example. We will attempt to get the product to the carrier sooner than 5 days, but can not assure you that this will happen. There may be circumstances when you do not want the product to arrive earlier than expected. You need to let us know by email as soon as possible, if this is the case.

We can not guarantee that the shipper will deliver within the stated time and we will not refund shipping costs or a portion of shipping costs should the shipper not deliver within the stated time even if you paid for faster service. The shipper is a vendor who we do not control. Shippers sometimes run into problems that they can not control such as equipment breakdowns, bad weather, etc. that could result in a delay.

Time for delivery should be viewed as a guideline, not as an absolute. We will strive to stay within the guidline, but circumstances could prevent us from meeting delivery times.

Returns and Exchanges

Given the nature of the Job Search Organizer, defects are unlikely. You may obtain a job prior to your getting full initial value out of the product. In this case, you should use the product for long-term storage of collected materials unitl your next job search. You will appreciate your foresight later. Therefore, finding a job earlier than expected is not justification for a return. This product is easily reproducible. You do not have permission to reproduce the system other than in sections if you need additional space or to replace parts due to wear. The value of the product is in the organizational system that we developed and tested over a period of time. Therefore, in order to return or exchange the product, you must provide an explanation for why it is necessary within 14 days of receipt. We will inform you thereafter if we agree that a refund or exchange is warranted.

IIf a return and refund are authorized, only the purchase price and taxes on the product (New York residents only) will be refunded. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we do business to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities related to your transaction.
You make your purchases on this site through a link to Emartcart and then to PayPal's web site. PayPal receives your credit card or other financial information, and your shipping information. PayPal provides us only with the information needed for us to ship the product to you and your contact information. We do not receive personal financial information such as your credit card. We do this because PayPal is in the business of providing secure and trustworthy financial transactions while we are in the business of providing you with our quality products. You should visit the Emartcart and PayPal web sites to review their security information and privacy policies. We have no control over Emartcart or PayPal.

For the purchasing transaction, we selected companies such as PayPal that use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but the companies providing these services. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the window. Whenever transmitting sensitive information on the Internet, you should look for one of these two symbols. If either of these symbols are missing, do not transmit sensitive data. You transmit sensitive information on the Internet at your own risk.
